Biography. A Chartered Construction Manager, Engineer, Project Manager, and Surveyor by profession, Ir Prof. Chan has worked in a number of tertiary institutions both in Hong Kong and overseas. He was a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of the School of Building and Planning at the University of South Australia.
